The Tennibot app (used to setup and operate the Tennibot) needed a a full redesign to simplify the primary flows and address pain points that I had gathered from our users.

The Challenge
Issues with the three primary flows (activation, setup, and operation) were leading users to experience frustration from the beginning of the process and make errors that were hindering the product's performance.
The Solution
Along with a rework of the visuals and design system, I completely reworked the activation flow, mimicking processes our users would be familiar with. I also made some changes to the setup and operation to address specific points of confusion that I had gathered from our users.
The Result

This redesign resulted in a significant decrease in customer frustration during the onboarding process. With the changes to the activation flow, the number of calls concerning difficulty with activation dropped to almost zero.
